Delicious fruit smoothie
Fruit in the freezer is a must for this wonderful go to breakfast of champions
Add frozen fruit of choice. If you have not preserved your fruit when they are in season buy a fruit mix. It will be frozen in a big bag at the grocery . Strawberries,blueberries,blackberries,cherries, peaches,. Then add a banana one if only a single serving two if serving more say 4 people. Add a couple of cups of frozen fruit . Then add milk approximately on cup of your choice (preferably nondairy which could be soy, rice ,almond.).Then add things that will pack it with nutrients. If you are serving 4 people you could put in 2 cups of fresh spinach or 3 kale leaves and it will taste good. Add thing like cocoa powder if you like chocolate. Maybe some vanilla and if it si your breakfast add a couple of scoops of protein powder. We like a pea protein which is non dairy. Blend it all up and put in your kale out reusable cup and you are on your way in no time at all with a great breakfast.
