Recipe for cashew cream

Here we have adapted this recipe to make a no cheese gluten free pizza. Wow what flavor wish I had taken a picture for you last night.

Cashew Cream for pizza cheese.

1 cup of soaked raw cashews (two hours will do it)

1/4 to 1/3 cup of water

1-2 teaspoons lemon juice

1/2 -1 teaspoon of salt

1 teaspoon of oregano

1/2 teaspoon of thyme

1/2 teaspoon of basil

2 teaspoons of garlic powder

1/2 cup of nutritional yeast

blend in the food processor till smooth and creamy.

the recipes says it keeps 5 days in the refrigerator, but with all those spices and garlic in it I would say longer. What could garlic not kill?
