vegan Whipped Cream , sounds good doesn’t it?
1 can whole fat coconut milk
2-3 tablespoons powdered sugar optional
1 teaspoon vanilla extract optional
Put can in refrigerator over night and don’t shake
open can and spoon off top solids and put into bowl
whip the cram on high until 4-5 times the size add remaining optional ingredients whip until incorporated. I found something called coconut cream which I believe to be the same as letting the cream come to the top of the can overnight and less of a pain when you are in a hurry to get this recipe made. This yummy replacement for whipped cream is all I need to make a dairy free believer out of me.
